Image products are non-refundable and will not be returned.

Exception: there are no refunds available on purchased images through www.build-your-vision.eu, unless in the event that an image is not as described. In this case, you must email us at the address provided on contact with your proof of purchase and evidence of the product issue so we are able to determine whether a refund is required.

Based on § 312d Absatz 4 Nr. 1 BGB digital images are not part of refundable products. If an image purchaised on the website www.build-your-vision.eu is in inappropriate quality, www.build-your-vision.eu, Andreas Mielke can, upon verfication of defect or deficiency, refund the purchaised price for that particular image.

Under no circumstances www.build-your-vision.eu, Andreas Mielke, is liable to you or any third-party for any direct or indirect, incidential, consequential or any other demages whatsoever my arise from or in any way connected or resulting to/from the use of purchaised images from www.build-your-vision.eu.

It is in the users (customer) responsibility to check and verify the quality of a purchaised image befor it is used, reproduced, or published in any media.
